IFS Legal commenced its operations on 1 May 2003 and
is run by Phillip Spathis and David O'Sullivan, together
with support staff and a mortgage and conveyancing department
that services Members Equity loans.
The overriding objective of IFS Legal is to ensure
that industry funds have continued access to legal
services
from a law practice that is unequivocally dedicated
to, and dependent on, the industry fund network.
We advise on all aspects of superannuation, managed
investments, commercial and general industrial relations
issues.
Our strategic alliance with IFS ensures that we have
the necessary resources to deliver legal services in
an effective and timely manner.
